I am currently in my 19th year of education and 13th year working in Thompson. I spent the first six years teaching at Northwood Public School. I spent my first seven years in Thompson as the elementary principal. I will begin my sixth year as superintendent for the 19/20 school year. My wife Andrea is the media specialist at Grand Forks Central High School. Our son Logan is in 10th grade and daughter Brooke is in 6th grade.

I will update my page weekly to provide the latest information relating to Thompson Public School. I would also encourage you to follow us on Facebook and Twitter @TPSND61.

We also encourage you to check the teacher pages on our website to keep updated on the latest assignments, news, and announcements.

Updates for the week of October 14:

We have one change to our school calendar and that will be reflected on the updated calendar on the homepage. High School Parent Teacher Conferences will now be held November 18 and November 25.

As winter approaches, please remind your children to dress for the colder weather. All students riding the bus should have a coat, hat, and gloves.

Please update the school with any new phone numbers so that we can call you with our automatic calling system for weather announcements and all other important announcements.

Please feel free to stop at the school to talk any time.
