Kindergarten Roundup 2025

Dear Upcoming Kindergarten Families,

We are excited to invite you to be a part of Kindergarten Roundup 2025! 

This year we will be dividing up the group into 2 sections.  Each section will attend for 3 weeks.

Session 1 is Tuesdays, January 21, Jan. 28, and Feb. 4th from 6:00 to 7:00pm 

Session 2 is Tuesdays, February 18, 25, and March 4 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm

Here is what you can expect:

We will divide each section into 3 groups.  Each week you and your child will rotate between the three Kindergarten classrooms.  During your one hour session, there will be time for play with your child and time when your child stays for an activity and you will go learn about Kindergarten with Mrs. Brown.  Entering kindergarten is a major transition in the life of a child and his or her parents. Kids need to be ready for school. This program prepares parents and preschoolers for entry into elementary school and sets the stage for success in school.

This program is set up so that both the children and the parents are better oriented to what Kindergarten is all about.  

• We do ask that only 1 parent attend with your future Kindergartener. 

• We also ask that you do not bring any siblings

• Please use door 6 in the back part of the school building

Please note there will be an assessment date at the end of each session that your child will need to attend.  You will sign them up for a 10-15 minute slot at a later date.  Session 1 assessment date is February 11th from 5:00-7:00 pm. Session 2 assessment date is March 11th from 5:00-7:00 pm.
