North Dakota Junior Duck Stamp Art Competition Winners

For the 33rd North Dakota Junior Duck Stamp Art Competition, Addy Foote took 2nd place in the 15-18 age division and Kamryn Nissen was the 2026 Runner-Up Best of Show for her design of a mallard drake in eclipse plumage. They will be honored at a Banquet held at the Heritage Center in Bismarck. Congratulations Addy and Kamryn!
