I am currently in my 23rd year of education and 17th year working in Thompson. I spent the first six years teaching at Northwood Public School. I spent my first seven years in Thompson as the elementary principal. I will begin my tenth year as superintendent for the 23/24 school year. My wife Andrea is the media specialist at Grand Forks Central High School. Our son Logan is attending Mayville State and daughter Brooke is in 11th grade.

I will update my page weekly to provide the latest information relating to Thompson Public School. I would also encourage you to follow us on Facebook and Twitter @TPSND61. Also, please contact the main office if you have new contact information so you get our announcements on ParentSquare.

Updates for the week of March 31:

I would like to announce the hiring of Ashley Williams as our new 7-12 High School English teacher. Mrs. Williams is currently a special ed para and will take over for the retiring Mr. Kollin for the 24/25 school year. The new 5th grade teacher for the 24/25 school year will be Mrs. Theresa Boltz. Mrs. Boltz is currently teaching at St. Micheal's School in Grand Forks.

I would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Scott Conrad for the last eight years and all his hard work as the technology coordinator!

Please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns.
